P’tit Frais Stuffed Meatballs
Have you ever thought of stuffing your meatballs with large Le P’tit Frais cheddar curds? And to take the decadence to the max, cook them in a smoker! “It’s top-notch!” as Christian from Fromagerie St-Guillaume would say. He was kind enough to share photos of his dish, inspired by a Master Smoker recipe.
