Fromagerie St-Guillaume has made its interpretation center a one-of-a-kind destination. Tourists and visitors alike can explore the cheesemaking process in detail and learn all about the history of Agrilait.

Cheesemakers at work

Step into the world of cheese through photos, videos, and real-time displays. Our high-resolution screens and factory-floor cameras broadcast the production live. Guided tours, available upon request, showcase the true craftsmanship of our cheesemakers.

Shop and dairy bar

All Fromagerie products are available for purchase at the interpretation center.
Our Dairy Bar is open during the summer season, until Thanksgiving.
Free parking. An electric vehicle (EV) charging station is also available nearby.

Self-guided tour: Free admission Guided tours (Groups of 10+): By reservation only $5.75 per person (taxes included)*

Free for children aged 5 and under, accompanied by an adult (maximum 2 children per adult).
