Yes! We offer a wide variety of lactose-free cheeses and even a lactose-free three-cheese fondue mix. You can find the full list in the Lactose-Free section of our products.

Yes, you can order the LACTOSE-FREE 1 or LACTOSE-FREE 2 cases. Additionally, many cheeses sold in full cases are naturally lactose-free.

All St-Guillaume products display an expiration date (Best Before). This date applies to unopened packages.

Fresh Curds (Le P’tit Frais): In Quebec, fresh cheese can be kept at room temperature for 24 hours, after which it must be refrigerated. Once refrigerated, it stays fresh for 21 days in its unopened original packaging.

Yes. Freezing has little effect on flavor or cooking properties, though the texture may change slightly due to ice crystals. Firm cheeses (Swiss, Cheddar) freeze better than soft cheeses (Brie).
Freezing Guide: Freeze in small portions (under 500g); remove all air from the packaging; label with the date; thaw slowly in the refrigerator.

Firm cheese can be kept for up to 6 months in the freezer (per MAPAQ guidelines).

Yes. While nothing beats the "squeak" of fresh-of-the-day curds, they can be frozen. We recommend thawing them in the fridge. They are excellent for poutine or grated onto pizzas, lasagna, and macaroni and cheese.
