Saint-Guillaume, June 1st, 2023 – Fromagerie St-Guillaume is making a grand comeback with its poutine cheese curds in Europe, thanks to a solid new partnership with LMC Gourmet, part of the Beauvallet companies.
In 2019, Fromagerie St-Guillaume experienced a historic moment by becoming the first Canadian cheese factory to export cheese curds to French soil. We are very proud of this. It’s rewarding to know that more than fifty European restaurants were already serving our product to their customers to give them an authentic Quebec poutine experience. Our company was forced to temporarily stop exports due to the pandemic that took the world by storm in 2020.

We have grown from this first export experience. It is with incomparable confidence that we invite you to contact LMC Gourmet, our new import-export partner. Thanks to the professionalism and expertise of LMC Gourmet, products will always be available, and you will no longer have any worries.
Products for food service and retail
Authentic St-Guillaume poutine cheese curds have arrived on French soil! For food service, 2 kg bags of frozen curds are available. Retailers, meanwhile, will be able to sell 500 g bags of poutine cheese in the frozen food aisle. Order now!
