After Europe, the famous St-Guillaume cheese curds will be served in poutines in Japan

Saint-Guillaume, November 28, 2019 – Another great day in the history of Fromagerie St-Guillaume: after Europe, our famous cheese curds will now be served in poutines in Tokyo, Japan!

From November 29 to December 7, the Air Canada Poutinerie will invite the Japanese to taste the traditional Quebec dish made of fries, gravy, and cheese curds, in a classic version or versions inspired by more than 200 of Air Canada’s international destinations.

A big THANK YOU to Air Canada for taking a Quebec product around the world. We are very proud to collaborate on this event with the best poutine cheese in the world!
