Veggie mac and cheese

Make an exceptional mac and cheese with vegetables by combining the St-Guillaume Fondue Mix and Riopelle de l’Isle cheese! Do you love macaroni and cheese as much as we do? We absolutely love it! By the way, if you haven’t already, you should also try our recipe for Crispy Gratin Macaroni and Cheese. It’s simply delicious! The vegetarian mac and cheese we’re presenting today offers a different twist. Not only through the addition of vegetables, but also through the combination of the trio of grated St-Guillaume cheeses found in the Fondue Mix (sharp cheddar, Swiss, and Emmental) and Quebec’s best triple cream cheese, the Riopelle de l’Isle. To your pots!
