Eleven wonderful years have passed since the opening of our Interpretation Center in 2010, which also marked the 70th anniversary of La Coop Agrilait. Today, as Fromagerie St-Guillaume continues its expansion, we must hand over the space occupied by our Center to allow the plant to increase its production.
Relocation
Our shop and museum will simply be moved into a new structure that will take shape at the front of the building.* You will still be able to buy fresh cheese curds straight from the vat there.
A temporary closing period will be announced in a few weeks to make way for the work. We invite you to keep an eye on the Facebook pages of Fromagerie St-Guillaume and the Fromagerie St-Guillaume Interpretation Center to follow the progress of the work and the announcement of the reopening.
