Saint-Guillaume, September 18, 2025 – Last September 17, our St-Guillaume Swiss cheese was declared the winner in the category of mass-ripened cheeses with ripening openings at the prestigious Sélection Caseus competition, which celebrates Quebec cheese excellence.
This Gruyère-type cheese is known for its supple texture and attractive holes. Its milky taste also offers a sweet hint and delicate notes of almond and hazelnut. A classic that honors our cheesemaking expertise!
