Saint-Guillaume, November 26, 2025 — Fromagerie St-Guillaume is proud to announce that two of its renowned products distinguished themselves at the 2025 Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, held in Ontario from November 6 to 15.

In the competitive mild cheddar category, the St-Guillaume Yellow Cheddar took 2nd place, while the St-Guillaume Marble Cheddar won 3rd place. These awards reflect the cheese factory’s expertise, the unparalleled quality of its milk, and the skill of its team, who work every day to produce flavorful, consistent, and authentic cheeses.

“We are extremely proud to see our cheddars recognized by such a respected jury.” “These are accessible products, appreciated by local families, and their success in competitions reflects the attention we pay to every stage of production,” emphasizes Jean-François Gervais, Plant Manager.

St-Guillaume Cheddar is now available in a growing number of retail outlets throughout Canada, from coast to coast. Businesses interested in offering our products to their customers are invited to contact us to inquire.

The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is one of the largest agricultural competitions in Canada, bringing together hundreds of cheeses each year, judged according to the highest industry standards.

Fromagerie St-Guillaume thanks its community, employees, partners, and the dairy farmers who contribute to this success.
