The new Mozzafila is now on the menu at Pacini restaurants

If you have eaten at a Pacini restaurant recently, you surely noticed the Fromagerie St-Guillaume logo featured on the menu. We are thrilled to share just how much we value this new collaboration with Pacini.

Pacini is a restaurant chain where the love for dining is shared through Italian cuisine featuring high-quality ingredients, inspiring aromas, and appetizing textures and presentations.

Aliments du Québec

Did you know that since 2004, hundreds of Pacini employees have been trained at the Pacini Culinary Academy in Bassano del Grappa, Italy? It is then their joy and duty to recreate what they’ve learned right here in Quebec, by showcasing local products such as St-Guillaume cheeses. Ils se font ensuite un bonheur et devoir de recréer leurs apprentissages au Québec en valorisant les produits d’ici, comme les fromages St-Guillaume.

Pacini restaurants are recognized by Aliments du Québec, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and contributing to the growth and visibility of the agri-food industry. The Aliments du Québec au menu program recognizes restaurants and institutions that prioritize Quebec products in their kitchens and on their menus. You can view their profile directly on the Aliments du Québec website.

The new Mozzafila cheese

We salute Pacini’s research and development efforts in their desire to serve you Mozzafila cheese in the purest Italian tradition.

Fromagerie St-Guillaume produces an unripened, unsalted firm cheese that Pacini chefs transform into hand-stretched pasta filata in their restaurants every day.

We invite you to rediscover the textures and subtle flavors of Italy through this delicious, local Quebec cheese, featured in several dishes on the Pacini menu.
